STEP 1 MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Make an appointment by phone or online. We are open 6 days per week. New patients are welcome and we will try to get you an appointment at a time that suits your schedule.

STEP 2 COME FOR YOUR EXAM

Your oral health is of utmost importance to us. At every appointment we’ll conduct our 12 point oral check to ensure your teeth and gums are healthy. You’ll be able to chat to the team and ask any questions you have.

STEP 3 RECEIVE YOUR TREATMENT PLAN

If you require dental treatment your options will be discussed using terminology you can understand. We will provide a detailed written estimate of all costs involved where requested. We aim to ensure our fees are fair and affordable.

STEP 4 COMMENCE TREATMENT

We will work to your schedule and your budget. We strive to ensure that you are put at ease and that your dental treatment is as comfortable as possible.


STEP 5 AFTER YOUR TREATMENT

If you have a had significant treatment we will contact you to ensure recovery is going to plan. If you have any concerns we will see you without charge until you have fully recovered.

STEP 6 RETURN EVERY 6 MONTHS

Prevention really is better than cure when it comes to your teeth. We will send a handy text reminder after 6 months to prompt you to stay on top of your oral health.
